Teachers & Classrooms

Our Educators – High Standards Make the Difference

Working with children in a positive and successful way takes a true talent. This special talent is evident in every Bright Light teacher’s unique gift for teaching.

Our low ratios allow Bright Light teachers the opportunity to bond with each child and give individual attention. Our teachers focus on each child’s individual learning styles to provide the best educational and developmentally appropriate experiences possible.

Bright Light PreSchool and Daycare hires teachers who are highly trained, dedicated professionals. To ensure staff quality, we developed a pre-hiring assessment that uniquely identifies high-quality candidates.

We check references and conduct thorough background checks based on state and/or local licensing requirements. This includes fingerprinting and appropriate criminal background checks, as well as verification of educational credentials. We do this to protect the most valuable part of our school: Your Child. Learning experiences are based on the unique needs and interests of children in their class.
